Pilates Bar Kit - Rose Red

This is a Pilates bar kit with resistance band and foot loop, an exercise system which is portable for use for many exercises. The pilates bar is pretty sturdy and both the straps and foam bar are comfortable to hold on to. The length of the straps are easily adjustable by lifting up the webbing, then the buckle, then sliding the tubing through, and putting the buckle back in place.The instructions came with four examples of exercises. Would be helpful if they added more. Love the color as well!

Since Covid, I have not been back to the gym and I have since been working out from home. I have been slowly building up my home gym and I was missing something that would give me resistance but had more control than a resistance band on its own. I came across this pilates bar and decided to give it a try. The bar itself is very easy to put together it literally took me seconds. I did some small sample sets with it to test all of its functionality and I felt the burn immediately after. You do have the option to tighten or loosen the band based on how much resistance you're looking for and there is a variety of positions you can do to work out all over the body. I use this 5 days a week now and it has been a blessing!

This device is definitely different then what I have used in the past. I have had for over a week and the bar itself is extremely durable and when used with over sweat can be a bit slippery so I recommend fingerless gloves. The foot holders are a soft material and the bands are quite stretchy and can hold a lot of resistance. It comes in 2 pieces but clips into one big piece on the sides but is hard to take apart again. I don't intend to so I don't care for an easy pull apart feature, but for those who travel and wanted to have it as a companion it may be difficult. The bar is a softer Styrofoam rubber feel to it and is excellent quality. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much!

I love everything about the bar

This bar is right priced and well built. It is now part of my home gym. I use it for standing vertical presses, squats, French curls and reclined leg extensions. I do a lot of repetitions on it, so the light to medium resistance is not an issue for me (I'm a 5'7" male, 65 yo, average condition). The adjusters for resistance band length are easy to use and hold well. The padding on the easily assembled steel bar is smooth and dense enough to be very comfortable. The fact that it comes in two pieces is nice because you can actually pack this in your luggage for a trip if needed (most hotel gyms are now closed).I wish it came with more suggested exercises, but that is easily remedied with a quick online search.Recommended.
