Immersion Hand Blender - 9 Speeds

For years, I had an Oster hand held blender. It was kinda OK, but as I learned, it was only designed for blending liquids. For a few times, I used it to blend cranberries into my protein shake. It didn't take long for the blender to show signs of getting out of balance. Ultimately, the motor "froze" and the blender stopped working.So I bought the Mueller blender as a replacement. Seeing that it is made in Austria, I was expecting a good product. But what surprised me most was just HOW GOOD it actually is. The blender is INDUSTRIAL grade... I kid you NOT. Made out of all stainless steel parts that make my original Oster seem like it was made out of paper.What's more, this blender will actually whip whatever you are blending... rather remarkable to say the least. It has a series of about 8 different speeds which allows you to vary the intensity of the mixing / blending. But here's the kicker. It has SO MUCH POWER, it will literally suck itself to the bottom of your glass if you turn it on high and the viscosity has some thickness to it.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BUY !!!! Everything about it is the BEST !!

I just used my hand blender yesterday and I love it! I never used one before so I wasn't sure if the other positive reviews would match my expectations. I made lasagna for my family and while making the red sauce I needed to blend in onion, red pepper and chard (the recipe called for spinach but I didn't have that on hand). The stick blender made fast and fun short work of this task. Clean up was a breeze as the bottom detaches from the base and into the dishwasher it went. Will be recommending this to my coworkers as we all enjoy cooking.

Appears to be very well made and much sturdier than others we've had in the past. Fairly quiet operation as well. I think this will serve us for a good long time. Very pleased so far

I bought this to replace another brand that wasn’t as good as it claimed, but this was is. My first kefir breakfast smoothie was blended in about 20 seconds. I thought I wouldn’t like the “turn to disconnect” feature due to my arthritic hands. To my surprise it was easy and then it rinsed clean instantly. I have used the whisk but had trouble. There was too much power and even turned to lowest speed it sprayed eggs out of my bowl. Guess I need to find a better bowl.

I needed a stick/immersion blender to use in the new Instant Pot I received for Christmas. Several recipes for soups and sauces recommend an immersion stick hand blender to prepare. I decided to purchase the less expensive Mueller Ultra-Stick Hand Blender just to see how I liked this method of pureeing soups and sauces before committing to the more expensive ones I was seeing. Wow! This little blender is a powerhouse! I was easily able to puree the apple sauce quickly. It feels hefty and of good quality. I love that it comes with both blade and whisk attachments. I had to dial the speed back right away and am happy with the variable speed settings. I can't imagine ever needing to use the highest speed setting. I haven't had to use the turbo button, but I imagine it will really take off when I do!
